RAAS
RAAS, or "Result As A Service," is a data outsourcing solution independently developed by MemoCloud. It is designed to assist end users without data scientists by providing fast and effective data analysis results. For end users facing challenges in recruiting data scientists but wanting to quickly see the impact of data analytics, RAAS offers a data analytics outsourcing model that builds confidence in big data investments. Currently, RAAS is adopted by multiple companies in the gaming, cosmetics, and fashion industries in Taiwan.

RAAS integrates AWS machine learning services with open-source software to create a DMP (Data Management Platform) tagging framework, along with models for product recommendations and purchase association analysis. The results are delivered in Excel files according to a set timeline.

We currently offer seven machine learning topics and more than 2,000 industry-specific tagging frameworks, spanning gaming, e-commerce, beauty, and fashion industries. RAAS employs an annual subscription model with installment payments, making it an attractive option for companies looking to experiment with data-driven investments. RAAS, as "Result As A Service," allows end users to simply enjoy the analysis results without needing to operate any software, built on top of AWS's IaaS and PaaS platforms.




Industry Data Marketplace Development

This service is similar to the RAAS turnkey solution, offering an alternative for companies that prioritize data policies and prefer not to externalize their data. Moco Digital, with extensive experience in various industries, has developed industry-specific data marketplaces for sectors such as gaming, e-commerce, beauty, and fast fashion. Through an on-premises data marketplace implementation, companies can immediately access hundreds of user tags, enhancing cross-member analysis and precision marketing efforts.

Arbitrage Player Detection System

The Arbitrage Player Detection System is a solution developed by Moco using data streaming analysis technology. Through real-time data streaming, the system instantly alerts risk control teams when suspected arbitrage activities occur, allowing for immediate audits. This system significantly reduces human error in detection while saving customer service resources. Currently, we have standardized programs for account events, gameplay events, payment flow events, and group arbitrage events, enabling gaming industry clients to quickly implement and reduce losses caused by arbitrage players.


AI Product Recommendation Service

Built using open-source technologies integrated with AWS Personalize API, this service operates on the AWS platform. Moco Digital has consolidated dozens of industry-standard recommendation algorithm logics and modularized them. With the AI product recommendation service, businesses only need to upload their data to a specified AWS region to quickly create personalized webpages, similar to Netflix or Facebook's fully personalized homepages.

This service can also be integrated into a company's data marketplace to generate various personalized content, such as customized EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) and Line notifications, enhancing purchase conversion rates and customer engagement.
