RAAS
RAAS (Result as a service) is a solution for data analytics outsourcing. Customer who has limited resources of data scientist will become target audience. If customers want to see the result of data analytics but would like to invest limited budget at the beginning, or has challenges to hire data scientists, adopting RAAS solution can be a good choice. Right now, there are multiple customers who adopted RAAS solution in Taiwan, including Gaming, Cosmetics, Fast fashion industry.
Using AWS’s machine learning service and other open source, we create DMP labelling framework, that brings product recommendation theme, buyers’ analysis theme…etc total of seven complete themes and more than 2000 labels in store. RAAS is a pay-as-you-go pricing model, so customers can invest in small budget but see large turn back. Customers don’t have to learn any software functionality but to Microsoft Excel as a report form in familiarity.

Fraud detection solution in gaming industry
Memocloud uses Data Streaming analysis to develop Fraud detecting solution, that is mostly used in gaming industry. Through data streaming analysis, we can detect if a player is cheating and immediately send alert to security teams. With this solution, customers can save a lot of time and reduce Fraud. We have modules including accounts fraud, gaming play fraud, monetary fraud and group fraud in store. Gaming customers can adopt this solution to quickly implement and reduce the costs that frauds bring.
AI Product recommendation system
Memocloud uses opensource-based software and AWS Personalize API to build AI products recommendations model. Memocloud brought together more than ten common algorithm models, by simply uploading assigned data, customers can integrate and build all sorts of customized content, such as: customized EDM and Line push notification, to bring more conversion rate and better customer loyalty.
Industry labeling data mart solution
This solution is to help customer to build RAAS source code in house.With our experience in RAAS, we have abundant resources in Gaming, Ecommerce, Cosmetics and Fashion industries data collection and that allows us to provide hundreds of valid labels for customers to do cross analysis and precise marketing.
